Shipping and Handling:
Orders received after 12pm (Noon) MST on weekdays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will also be shipped the following business day. All expedited transit times apply to business days, to be delivered Monday-Friday. Tracking number(s) will be included in your Shipment Confirmation email. All shipments are delivered via the carrier of customers choosing, with the exception of orders placed via "Free Shipping." Orders placed via "Free Shipping" will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of Cole Sport. When selecting "Free Shipping," please be sure to provide an address than can accept both UPS and USPS deliveries. Shipments to the states of Alaska and Hawai'i will be made with the most cost efficient carrier. Orders placed to PO Boxes will be shipped USPS. Displayed shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee of delivery time frame. We will try to accommodate customers with unique shipping situations if contacted prior to ordering.

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (Transit time: 2 Business Days, Delivered Monday-Friday).
UPS Next Day Air Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS Next Day Air (Transit time: 1 Business Day, Delivered Monday-Friday). Please note: The 12pm MST (Monday-Friday) order deadline also applies to Next Day shipping. Orders received after Noon are not guaranteed to be shipped until the following business day. All Next Day orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day (Monday, except when holidays apply).
Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used box or reused packing materials. We hope that you will reuse the original box if you choose to return/exchange your order.
Cole Sport ships internationally on a very limited basis. International shipments are restricted to select clothing orders. International customers are responsible for any and all duty, custom fees, and taxes. These fees vary, and can be quite high, so please investigate with your government’s customs department prior to ordering. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. No exceptions will be made, so please do the necessary research on policy (fees and taxes) and product (style, color, and size) prior to ordering.

Due to the unique nature of our offering, quantities are extremely limited. In rare cases, items are purchased from our retail floor before we can physically obtain them to fulfill online sales. Please accept our deepest apology for this inconvenience.
At Cole Sport we are very proud of our customer service and hate to disappoint our customers in any way. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we apologize for not living up to your expectations in this instance and we hope you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.
Customer service is our primary concern. Refunds will be issued for unused, full-priced merchandise with original tags, returned within 14 days of arrival at shipping destination. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.
The quickest and most efficient way to execute an exchange is to place a new order for the desired replacement product(s). This allows Cole Sport to process and ship the replacement immediately. Then, the customer should return the original product in accordance with the “Return Instructions” enclosed in the original shipment. Upon receipt of the original product(s), Cole Sport will process the return and issue a refund in the form of original payment within 24 hours.
Alternatively, the customer may make note of a requested exchange within a return shipment. Please include all pertinent information on the desired replacement product, including brand, model, size, color, etc. This method of exchange is based on availability at the time the returned item is received. Merchandise WILL NOT be held in anticipation of an exchange in this method. If the desired replacement product is available when the return is received, the replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. If the desired replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued for the returned product(s) within 24 hours, in the form of original payment. Please Note, Any exchange executed in the state of Utah, whether in store or shipped, will require the charging of local sales tax.
