Domestic Orders
Free Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivered Monday-Friday).
UPS Next Day Air Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS Next Day Air (Delivered Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders received after Noon(MST) are not guaranteed to be shipped until the following business day. All Next Day orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
Green Shipping:
Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used box or reused packing materials. We hope that you will reuse the original box if you choose to return/exchange your order.
Order Fulfillment:
Due to the unique nature of our offering, quantities are extremely limited. In rare cases, items are purchased from our retail floor before we can physically obtain them to fulfill online sales. Please accept our deepest apology for this inconvenience.
At Cole Sport we are very proud of our customer service and hate to disappoint our customers in any way. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we apologize for not living up to your expectations in this instance and we hope you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.
International Orders
We are not accepting international orders at this time.
Returns
Refunds will be issued for unused, full-priced merchandise with original tags intact, returned within 14 days of arrival at shipping destination. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. In the event products are returned damaged, late, or in a condition that diminishes the ability of Cole Sport to resell the item(s), Cole Sport reserves the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee of a percentage to be determined at our sole discretion.

To ensure prompt refund or exchange please include the shipment’s original packing list or provide us with the following information:
- Name on the order
- Order ID#
- Name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for return
To return by mail using the carrier of your choosing, please ship to one of the following addresses (depending on the carrier).

Exchanges
The quickest and most efficient way to execute an exchange is to place a new order for the desired replacement product(s). This allows Cole Sport to process and ship the replacement immediately. Then, the customer should return the original product for a refund. Upon receipt of the original product(s), Cole Sport will process the return and issue a refund in the form of original payment within 48 hours.
Please Note, any exchange executed in the state of Utah, whether in store or shipped, will require the charging of local sales tax.
